As a listed company on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, SinterCast is obliged to report to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen, the identity of persons in the Company and its subsidiaries, who hold insider positions.

A person holding an insider position must report, in writing, shareholdings and other financial instruments in the company held by the insider and any closely affiliated persons. Changes in such holdings must also be reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The report must be made within five calendar days of the change.
