SinterCast has established technical partnerships that provide solutions to every aspect of every CGI program.  In addition to our collaboration with the leading engine design consulting firms, SinterCast has established the following technical partnerships.
ABP Induction Systems
ABP Induction Systems (formerly ABB Process Industries) and SinterCast collaborate to provide turnkey solutions for CGI production from pressurised pouring furnaces.  The control technology has been jointly presented at Trade Shows in Europe and America.

Ashland Casting Solutions
Ashland and SinterCast have established a global marketing and technical alliance to develop and provide novel mould castings, binders, resins and core materials to optimise CGI castability and to bring their combined products to the world foundry industry. The technologies will be jointly displayed at Trade Fairs and Ashland will provide commercial representation of SinterCast in new markets.

Grainger & Worrall
Grainger & Worrall and SinterCast collaborate to provide rapid prototyping of CGI components.  Initial CGI prototypes can be produced within six weeks of receipt of CAD files.  The same tooling and control technology can later be transferred to the production foundry for continued development.

MAG Industrial Automation Systems
MAG Industrial Automation Systems and SinterCast collaborate to provide machining solutions and materials know-how for high-volume CGI production.  MAG is the industry leader in high speed CGI machining.

Magma
Magma and SinterCast have collaborated, together with European foundries and OEMs, on the development of computer simulation for CGI mould filling and solidification.  The CGI module is now available as a standard MAGMA product.
