Director Dealings
Until 2 July 2016, The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen (FI), held a register of Insider Information data, including dealings and shareholding by Insiders. In accordance with MAR (EU) No 596/2014, the disclosure of Insider Information data has been suspended and replaced by the PDMR transaction register.
PDMR transactions
Persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated with them are required, under MAR Article 19, to notify FI of certain transactions in or related to the issuer's financial instruments conducted on their own account and once a total amount of EUR 5,000 has been reached. Such notification shall be made promptly and no later than three business days.
The notifications are directly published on FI's website. The PDMR transactions register can be searched by issuer, PDMR, transaction date and publication date.
