At SinterCast we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal information that we collect from you, or information that you provide to us, will be used. The policy also explains how the data is stored and the procedures that we have in place to protect you.

What information do we hold and why?

We hold personal details such as your name, address and email address. This information may have been provided to SinterCast via business card, by e-mail or telephone, to enter into or maintain a business relation or to receive shareholder information. SinterCast may also keep information if required by legal obligations.

What do we do with this information?   

We will contact you periodically with news and press releases we feel will be relevant to you. We may store the details with an accredited/audited third party for the purposes of distributing SinterCast information, but we will never share the data with a third party for their use. We establish Third Party Agreements in order to protect personal data from being used in any other way than intended according to SinterCast Privacy Policy.

Where do we store your information?

Your information is stored in password protected systems. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with legislation.

How long do we store your information for?

SinterCast does not store any personal data longer than needed to fulfill agreements, commitments and legal obligations. The data will be deleted immediately upon your request, if not in breach with legal obligations.

What are your rights?

With regards to your data you have the following rights:

  • Right of access, rectification or erasure and you have the right to restrict processing of personal data.
  • The right to complain to us.
  • The right to withdraw consent.
